Biomechanics of Golf: It’s Where We Shine

Our Performance Training Package offers the most complete process for assessing where you are and giving you the information, tools and support you need to dramatically improve your skills. During your first visit, you will complete your Golf Performance Profile. It’s an industry-unique assessment program that gives us with the information we need to understand your goals and to identify your body’s limitations and weaknesses as it relates to golf performance.

The Golf Performance Profile will eliminate guesswork in creating a golf-specific conditioning program. The profile consists of a medical history questionnaire, an orthopedic evaluation, a four-point performance imaging assessment, and a neuromuscular evaluation (MAT).

Getting to the Core of the Matter Our professional trainers will examine the results of your profile to create a golf-specific conditioning program that will meet your individual fitness needs and prepare you to play the best golf of your life.

The Four-Phase Performance Training Package is designed to address the biomechanical issues identified by the Golf Performance Profile. Each phase consists of 10 individual training sessions and has a specific purpose to insure your success in the training facility and on the golf course.

Align Performance owner Robert Lane brings you a diverse and rich background as an athlete, trainer and teacher.

Bobby is a PGA Member, Certified Personal Trainer, Golf Biomechanic Specialist, and Certified Yoga Teacher. Bobby has been practicing yoga since 1989. He began studying Anusara Yoga (www.anusara.com) in 1998 and in 2002 became an Affiliated Anusara Yoga teacher.

Bobby’s passion is to help each individual find his or her optimal mental attitude and optimum physical alignment through improved strength, flexibility and balance
